    I have probelm with backuping my mate 7 using HiSuite

    Hi all, I have tried to backup my mate7 using hisuite program on my lab, it is connecting and I can see all my data and control them as well, but when I click on backup nothing happens at all. I want to backup my mate 7. thank you
