To unlock your mobile remotely, go to (findmymobile.samsung.com) > sign in > on the left pane, select Lock my mobile. Run the ”Lock my device” function in the Find My Mobile service with a new PIN and cancel the 'Lock my device' function with the new PIN on the device.
