Re: Odd "screen overlay" pop up shows up often with some apps, what is it and how to properly select When popped up on my phone, it told me to go to my settings. There every app I had was turned on. I started turning everything off. And that seemed to work. I hope it continues to do so.

I have the Note 4, I'm with Sprint. Guess it's different for me, because we're with different companies.
