I'm having an issue coping music from my pc to sd card. the process shows a copy in progress, however, when i look at the directories on the sd card in the music folder, all of them are completely empty. However, immediately after copying the card will show contents , then i'll unplug my phone...

i have a kies 3 backup, but a new laptop, but the old laptop files. i lost all my contacts, but had them backed up on old laptop. also, i had to return phone and get new one. i forgoty the name of the backup file under kies 3. can anyone tell me wht it is? thanks

Yes! That is the solution as all above seem not to apply, i.e., the suggested settings options didnt work because of the power plan! My restricy background data was greyed out! (because the power plan setting overroad it) Posted via Android Central App
