ya... you have plenty on room on the top of the button..(closest to the screen) mine touched but i trimmed it a little bit.

i got mine from amazon and was having the same power button issue. the case just touches the side of the power button so if the phone was in my pocket it would hold the power button down. i took a razor blade and opened the hole up and the problem went away.

mine is a 3 also. i was having reboot problem but found out the tpu case puts just enough pressure to create a sticky power button.

you can make your own by just dragging apps on top of each other then naming the folder.

yea was just going to post this.......phone was rebooting while in pocket and i thought it was my tpu case so i opened up the power button cut out. still would reboot sometimes then i figured out if i flicked the power button it would stop. so i started pressing the power button harder to wake...

I ordered mine first day at 6.00 pm pdt and it just arrived in long beach ca. at 5:23 pm. Set for delivery tomorrow the 24th.

So sprint just gave out the evo 4g lte to the finalist on the voice!!! well at least we know there ready to be released.
