Samsung music thsys the only one I have that came with then pre loaded apps

U cant even use the music app in the safe mode

No I have to readjust it. It's only happening on speaker so far.. this could happen when track just changed 5 sec after the song played or randomly in the middle of the song

So when my music is playing the volume randomly changes in random area of the song. I dont have smart volume on.

I just used samsung smart switch. There was never an option to save playlist only save the actual song in folders on the sd card

I'm on fido in canada it's like only SMS rite now.... I talked to my provider and they even change my sim card. But it still iffy. They say it's my phone's problem not them. Like my phone is new I dont wanna go through all the trouble to factory reset the phone after I spend so much time...
