    Voicemail issue.....very strange

So I called voicemail. Keyed in my password and it again said "you have entered the wrong password" or whatever... I immediately lowered the volume from high to low (which is what VZW recommended) and then it worked. This was on the same call. So yeah....there is definitely some type of bug.

Yes....when I first had the issue, pulled the battery, sim, and restarted. Didn't fix it.

    Voicemail issue.....very strange

So VZW just followed up on the trouble ticket. Said that Samsung is aware of this issue with the GN and working on a fix. Said people have been successful by turning the volume down on the phone before keying in tones. Gonna issue an OTA at some point. Glad to know it wasn't me going...

    Voicemail issue.....very strange

ha ha..nice... Well, it wasn't working on my work voicemail either. It's funny, the pre-programmed passwords I input on the contact would work. But if I manually enter passwords it wouldn't.

    Voicemail issue.....very strange

I can't access my voicemail account from the GN. I can from a land line. They've opened up a trouble ticket. Sounds like it's a device issue. How is that possible? I calls the voicmail line. My connection is good. The signal tones seem loud and clear. bizarre.... Any thoughts on...

    Bluetooth and battery life

Ever since I got the extra battery with the charger, I don't worry about battery life. It's a non-issue. Thank God we have that option with the GN....unlike the Razr or iPhone. I "rented" the Razr for a month but I was always stressing about battery life. Now I keep my phone on 4G, BT...

    Nexus Battery life... Face Lock???

People can spend hours trying to maximize battery life. Or....they can just get an extra battery with the separte charger and be done with this issue. I have 3 batteries. Although I pretty much just use 2, one being the extended battery. I NEVER worry about my battery indicator. Can't...

    Poll, Signal Problems by location

Torrance, CA (Los Angeles)..... no problems.. At my home I get 4 bars of 4G. Signal strength -75dBm and 16 asu. Not sure what the 16 asu means. I just synced 675 tracks from spotify to my GN on 4G in about 30 minutes. 2.8GB of data. I'll take that.

    Speedtest.net Results Here

Speedtests are decent indicators of speed. Better then that is that I just synced 675 tracks from spotify to my GN on 4G in about 30 minutes. 2.8GB of data. I'll take that. BTW...at my home i get 4 bars of 4G. Signal strength -75dBm and 16 asu. Not sure what the 16 asu means.

    Official Battery Life Thread

Whatever works, right??? The only thing I hate about being plugged in all the time is that the cable gets kind of annoying, especially in my car. The bottom line is that people need to find a system that works for them. I'm tired of the "I expect at least 16 hours of life at high usage...

    Official Battery Life Thread

I have quickly become a proponent of multiple batteries. Get the extra battery with charging dock, charge both overnight and DO NOT WORRY about running out of juice. Especially if you have days where you simply cannot plug in. I hate the thought of turning everything off and dumbing the...

    Really?!

....and be wary of the Facebook App. It's okay to have it installed, but after you are done on Facebook, "force stop" that background stuff that runs. This has seemed to help me a LOT. Go to settings>apps>running>Facebook and then STOP anything there (usually 1 or 2 services running).
