Just in case anybody is looking, the CM team has released an 'M' series of 10.1 for the Nexus 10. It's supposed to be a more stable version of the nightly build, and appropriate for a daily driver. Get it here: Nexus 10 CyanogenMod Downloads - 10.1 M Series -M

I've found the CM 10.1 nightly builds to be unusable on my nexus s 4g so far. My suggestion would be to use the CM10 stable from Nov. 15th (CyanogenMod Downloads) Get the latest gapps package for whichever version of CM you decide to run at Latest Version/Google Apps - CyanogenMod Wiki -M

Anybody braved the Cyanogenmod nightlies for the Nexus 10 yet? I'm running CM10 stable on my phone and like it. Not sure if I'm ready to jump into the 10.1 nightlies yet, though. They're really green. -M
