Thx, I will try that. And yes, I had no idea that I was not supposed to do that. I just use the skipsoft tooolkit and I had no problem with OTA 4.3

It's the Google boot animation. 4 circes doing some stuff. I do not get to TWRP automatically, but I can access it with Power on and volume down.

I just got my OTA Update, was super excited and installed Phone is rooted and unlocked, all done with the Nexus Toolkit from Skipsoft TWRP installed the update, everything looked good. But now my phone displays the boot animation for 2 hours. Reboot did not help. I can boot to TWRP recovery...
