Well, it looks like I'm going to have to exchange this phone... again. The first one had a glitchy recent-apps button that would bring up the recent apps list randomly, even while typing. Now the replacement has a smudge on the screen that won't go away. It has been there since day one (Monday)...

I saw this answered in a different thread, and it worked on my wife's nexus 7. I don't have Lollipop on the phone I'm writing this on, so the exact location may vary, but you'll get the idea. Under security-credentials, hit "clear all credentials". This should allow ypu to remove the pin code...

It is odd, because the black version from the same seller doesn't say that. Perhaps a Squaretrade or similar policy is in order...

My wife's 2012 Nexus 7 on Lollipop does the same thing. Very annoying as the tablet never leaves the house and doesn't need to be secured (no personal data, just recipes and such). Not sure how to fix it... Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk

My wife and I are trying to buy a model D5803 Z3c in White, but I'm confused by the different retailers on Amazon. There is one listed for $392 sold by HeavyDuty Electronics that says No-warranty in the title. Has anyone bought one of these? I assume that means no warranty through the retailer...
