Unfortunately, a factory reset did not fix mine. It worked for several days, then the freezing started again. This may be a software bug that Samsung is going to have to address. This problem however, does not seem to be widespread.
I have had this problem on two Gears. The first one started doing this several weeks after I received it. Rebooted and/or restored. The error message would always return after a short while. I sent it in to Samsung for repair but they could not reproduce the problem and said it passed all...
I have been getting the error message "w-home is not responding. Close- w-home?" on my AT&T Gear S. I have rebooted watch and also reinstalled, still getting the message. When this happens the watch becomes unresponsive and slow. Anyone else see this?
