How do i access the optimized hiking routes Samsung shows in their advertising?

The watch was marketed deceptively at best. It has the hardware but not the software. I definitely will be returning mine because of how Samsung basically lied about its usefulness. Got an S3 Frontier, VERY confused at lack of functionality.

I bought an S3 frontier from Best Buy. I have a few questions. It doesn't appear my watch has LTE. I don't need it right now, but if the watch doesn't have the functionality, why is it the same price? I've only seen one price $350 for the watch. How do I confirm mine is not an LTE version...
