    It's actually telling you as you select the video size. I went back through my videos from the Note 8 and can edit those and see the full editor options. Same now if I change the settings for video to 1080p.

    Haha, they even tell you that. I completely forgot that some features don't work with UHD 60 FPS. That's exactly what it is. Thank you for the response.

    Note 10 plus here too. My video editor pencil icon is not there either. I have the regular video editor already. There must be something I'm missing here. No themes installed.
