Lot of people on xda who ordered in December getting theirs shipped while others like me who ordered before them haven't gotten anything (ordered on Nov 30th). Glad I bought it somewhere else and will get it by Monday because even know this is frustrating to see.

Not yet, If I don't get it by the time the Oppo Find 5 comes out I'm going with that, more $$$ yes but at least that's a company with first class cust service.

Pretty much basically, rather minimal thing but at this point I don't trust them to do anything right.

I ordered mine same as you but got immediately cancelled because their system was messed up when dealing with orders to Puerto Rico, and their cust support wasn't of any help, a ggl search led me to the solution here and the hoops I had to go through. So I was finally able to order on the 30th...

Thing is it seems like a lot of people don't realize that color accuracy can be measured empirically, there are targets where red, blue and green etc should be and the closer the display is to these numbers the more accurate it is. Samsung displays are woefully out of what those colors really...

Maybe you haven't read the thread, people that ordered last week already have theirs, so when that started happening that ships in X weeks means nothing.

I don't know if it matters or not, but since my first order was linked might as well try it without the link. Also since they've had so many problems I figure the less they have to do the better.
