    pc not recognizing my device

    hi guys, i recently tried connecting my phone to my laptop and got this msg "USB DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THIS DEVICE". i've tried resetting/reinstalling but nothing has worked. anybody have any suggestions?. thanks.
