You need to purchase a ST SIM card based on the phone original carrier. I.E. if the V30 is from Verizon then you need a ST SIM that works on Verizon towers. Search eBay there are a ton in that marketplace.

I love my RHA MA750i, they're made for iPhone so won't be able to take advantage of all the controls on the Mic but they sounds absolutely wonderful, especially for your taste in music. You can also try to find some B&O H3 they sound wonderful as well just not as much sub bass as the 750s they...

To take advantage of the V30's DAC specifically you're going to need to use a wired pair of headphones. The aptx HD is a codec that the v30 uses when sending the signal to the Bluetooth headphone to reproduce sound in High Fidelity
