    If you are getting the Supported API:3 loop then your cannot get into the bootloader to do anything. I had this problem with two Nexus 7 2012 tablets and have recovered them both this way.     If you are still struggling then download Nexus Root Toolkit by WugFresh that will get a Nexus out of any problem and load the latest software with rooting if required.

    I tried to flash Marshmallow and now I can't do anything

    This happened to me and the answer is simple just download the latest ADB and fastboot files and when you use those you will find that you will be OK. They must have had to be updated for Marshmallow.
