Mine came yesterday and I am in Ohio. I had the choice of orange and pink (I really wanted the lime green) & since I can't stand pink, I went with the obnoxious orange. But hey...it was free so no complaints here :D

I haven't noticed any extra battery being used by it. I love it and use it all the time.

It sounds like Quick Glance. When you reach for the phone it will show you the time, any missed calls or messages and battery percentage. If you want to disable it go to settings...motion...quick glance. :)

Thank you! I also used a gift card to pre order and I was beginning to think that was why my order hasn't done anything yet. Also mine states "ship by 6/12"...I haven't heard of anyone else having that late of a date. Thought was because of gift card possibly. You have given me hope that MAYBE...

I ordered on 6/23 & last night my order status changed to "ship by 6/12/2012". 2 days AFTER you can walk in off the street and buy it! I will definitely never pre order from Verizon again!

Yes, anything from Verizon sent using Fedex requires a signature. You need to sign the note or they won't leave it.

I'm using the pre order site to check and mine also says shipping by the 11th. I pre ordered on 6/23, when did you order?
