I actually did that many times but the problem persists, tried to find it on Google as a feature since it recognizes it but it doesn't allow it to charge... I may try a different ROM... Any ROM suggestions for S4 Mini (GT-I9195)?

Yes, of course. I checked it before, as I stated, I didn't have that problem before... Tried different cables but same result. :-(

So here is the thing, most of the time (like 80% of it) when connected it says "Not charging"... Sometimes it will charge when plugged and it will say "Charging on AC" and it really does... If its disconnected it will say my approximate remaining time. Why would it say "Not charging" when...
