You still haven't updated Twrp/recovery.img to Twrp/recovery.tar.md, it looks like the CWM version has a recovery.tar.md file. Please fix. I used this tool to convert the file, testing now to see if it works... I dont think it installed properly, this looks like CWM. Maybe.
