No not at all... they only show up under my android.. Assuming they are not normal for a household? Only my wired computer and phone on the router.. Btw i opened up a thread previously. This thread was just reguarding if it is normal or not. You can view previous thread at this link...

Hello is it normal to have a unique-local-unicast address (i have 2) when using wifi at home on your secured network? Thanks

Seems to be a glitch or something, it is coming from 'known networks' & 'keep wifi on during sleep'. Fixed until my wifi turns off or until i leave my network. Then have to mess around with those 2 settings.
