Had the same problem with my S6 when I reboot. Try this: 1) Delete Email Accounts 2) Clear the "CACHED DATA" in SETTINGS > STORAGE 3) Reboot Phone 4) ADD Email Account(s) but WITH WiFi OFF 5) Reboot Phone This cleared up the message on reboot... I have no idea why this worked, but it did for...
