For the past few weeks or so, my phone has been seemingly locking my ringer volume at zero. Vibrate is always off. I have a time scheduled from 9:30 PM to 6 AM so that a spam caller doesn't wake anyone up in the middle of the night. Sometimes the ringer will fix itself and make noise (like now)...
