I'm pretty sure it was meant as a joke. And to contribute a little to the thread: If you have the standard limit on in Dev settings, the phone may become slow over time, unless you reboot it. To fix it, just put the background process limit to 3 or 4.

Weird. I don't own a N1, yet I still feel a little pissed off. It runs Gingerbread just fine and NS is not that much faster, yet they don't update it to ICS. Oh well, custom ICS roms will be out within a week of release anyway.

About kernels: As stated in a previous post, I've tried a few kernels, but only it only boots with Franco Kernel. Franco Kernel makes it noticeably smoother, but breaks WiFi, which makes it unusable for me. It just refuses to start it.

The torch doesn't seem to work. But this browser is really fast. I can't even imagine the final is release! The voice-thingy also seems to work pretty good.

Protip: 1. Go to Settings > About Phone 2. Spam touch 'Android version'. 3. ??? 4. Get ice cream sandwich!

I am. Franco.kernel makes everything smoother and faster, but breaks WiFi. I'll test some more kernels. Matr1x doesn't even get past the Google logo.

Screenshots works perfectly fine. Power-button + Volume-down. In that order.

Uh... Well, if you spam OK enough after you've taken your panorama photo, it'll eventually save it. It's better than nothing... Right?

For everyone with WiFi problem: 1. Try to connect to your network - it will most likely not work. 2. Disconnect and forget the network. 3. Connect again, then it should work. That's what I did anyway, and it works just fine. Also, I get decent performance in Cut the Rope and Google Earth...
