    Nexus 4 Android 4.4 Wallpaper issue!

    I have been having the same issue! When I save the wallpaper, it is "offset" from normal, and when I re-boot it is zoomed in. Is this a kitkat issue? I understand that an app (Nova) may help, but I was curious as to why its happening and if there is an actual fix?
