Ok so i found the quality one p509 drivers and installed them. but im still getting the same error

I cant mine out of emergency mode either! i tricked software to think im from singapore and downloaded p500 driver and it recognized device. then disabled lg modem driver and restarted computer. the KDZ updater sees phone but i get the same error the guys above did. wat else can i do? has anyone...
