I have a Samsung Family Hub refrigerator. Samsung took excellent care of me when I had trouble with the door sensor

That should be repaired under warranty. Perhaps call back and request a supervisor

I want to provide some hope. I cracked my S8+ today and called Samsung I was completely honest to the agent and apologized for my clumsiness and told her I was ready to pay for it. To my surprise she put me on hold and told Samsung provided me a free repair. Honesty goes a long way! :)

Well I never got my phone fixed so I upgraded to a nexus 6. Did they ever fix the overheating

My LG G3 overheated on the charger and I guess it became hot enough to create a hairline crack on my screen and my screen isn't working anymore. I called LG and they set up a RA so i can send it in. Has anyone else experienced this issue? will LG replace it or attempt to charge me?
