Anyone out there? What do I need to download ? should I just return it and get an ipad?

Need some help here please. My wife bought me a galaxy tab3 for my birthday but everything I own is Mac. I have a mac mini, mac book pro, and an iphone. I have done some research and I like the tab 3, but will i have problems moving my music, photos, contacts, calender ect..
