Took advantange of this in Dec 2014, $200 gift card bought a new iPad added it to my account. It's now 2/25 and no gift card. Called them they are going to escalate the case but that will take 6 weeks. WTF

Had 2 HTC Droid Incredibles over the past 4 years never a scratch on the screen have a case on it and keep it in a belt holder. Had the S5 for less then a month and I see scratches. Weird part is if I clean it really well they are gone for a bit but come back in the same spots.

When I saw this topic I cracked up laughing. Who in their right mind would trade in any modern day phone for the amazon crap? Really if you plan on doing that or even think you want to then you life under a rock and probably shouldn't have a phone.

THIS EXACTLY! This is why I want the 32gb version because of their bloat they put on it. And I can tell you I went to the store and looked at the available ram your pretty much on it. You get LESS then HALF free of your 16gb. I'd pay extra if I could get the phone without any of their apps...
