Yeah I've been doing the factory wipe but it's just been doing the same thing. I'll keep trying I guess. I work at Sprint and my coworker that is a tech is going to run it through SLATE tomorrow (our diagnostic program). It becomes compatible with the new Jelly bean update tomorrow.

It's true guys. The page everyone is talking about that we at Sprint just saw yesterday is real. Also, check Sprint's website. The EVO 4G LTE Specs now says "with Android 4.1 (Jellybean)." Anytime now you should be able to manually pull the update! I check like every 15 minutes ha.
