I am having the same problem with my Galaxy S7 edge. It just started getting this error yesterday. It has been printing fine before yesterday.

I have been scratching my head for the last year on this issue. Thanks for giving me the solution. As soon as I disabled AT&T locker, all my group messeges are working. Simple fix but unknown unless someone has had the same issue.
