Moto X (1st Gen) "Cell Standby" Battery Draining issue on 5.1 Lollipop...Any fix For It..??? The Battery drain due to "Cell Standby" is 63%...And That's too much I know...Any fix Guyz...???

Ive Tried Everything Poking the microphone with a thin needle... Blowing the mic hole.. No Protector on the mic... But still no sound over to other person on calls..they say they cant hear me...except when speaking an Inch from the mic...only that time a feeble sound can be heard by the person...
