I agree. The blacks are blacker and color is better (though perhaps not cartoon-like vividness).

Massive improvement in detail on the 5x and 10x zoom compared w s21u.

Lime is great but the red has the black trim which reminds me of the developer edition BlackBerry Z10!

I am definitely holding onto my s21U, maybe into s24 if they cut the ram as they appear to be doing to the 23. It's been a fantastic phone. Got the 512 16 ram option.

Also coming from the s10 to the s21 ultra and the tremendous difference is in favor of the ultra. Is certainly due in part to the s10 being 2yrs old but I don't recall getting through so much of my day with so much of the battery left

After seeing the CNET video of how easily the back and screen crack I would be happy to have a grippier, nice looking plastic back. Or ceramic, like the Essential. And a screen composition like the ip12. The BlackBerry KeyOne and Key2/le, the Passport and others all had terrific looking backs.
