    It should have come with the last update, this is my pixel 10 pro XL but before I returned my 9 pro xl I had updated it to the new material 3 so it's strange you haven't gotten it yet. The tweaking I did with the wallpaper setting with color for lock screen

    It could be that UK has bands closer to US standards than Greece, it's not surprisingly to get better battery or cell phone reception from country to country but you're really not using a device from those regions.

    Welcome to AC! Another thing to consider is your using a US phone that works with US bands more efficient so I wouldn't expect between countries to be best with cell and battery.
