I bought my children brand-new Galaxy S4 Minis for Christmas at the AT&T store. They opened them up happily. My daughter's works - no problems. My son's gets "No SIM Card" error and he's unable to make a phone call. These are BRAND NEW phones. I am very unimpressed at the moment. Advice?

Ever since I downloaded an update on 5/21/13, my Music App plays constantly in the background. I'm on AT&T and have a brand-new Samsung 4S purchased at an AT&T store on 5/20/13. I can pause the music via sliding down the top menu but it simply starts back again when that menu is minimized...
