I'm using an MTN Steppa 2 Lte android phone and the dialer does not have the option for standard video calling. I do not want to use skype, hangouts or any other similar platforms. My last phone HTC had a dialer with the video call option. Is there an alternative dialer app that I can install?

I recently installed Android x86 on my dell PC and all other apps seem to work fine except for games. All the games I have seem not to work with keyboard and I cannot play them. Anyone knows how?
