Error status 7 messages and then it aborts. Essentially useless.

Sweet! :cool: Now if they can just fix the WiFi problem when using SIM cards in certain countries, and the short battery life problem, the Nexus S will be a great phone again..!

I think I may have solved it by switching to the stock Google Text to Speech engine instead of the SVOX TTS engine...

UPS just delivered mine. I never got ashipping notification from Daily Steals, but all's well that ends well.

Great idea..! It shows that they have created a shipping label for mine (at least) on the 11th (yesterday). I'll try to track it now.

I bought one as well, but still no confirmation of shipping. The website did claim 1 year international warranty.

So, now with the ICS update, I get incessant yapping (gibberish mostly, W-W-W-dot-blah blah blah) after a little while using turn by turn directions on the Google Navigation. This yapping has nothing to do with the directions of my trip. It is just blathering--non-stop. The only way to get it...

It's happening to me as well. Probably an App that isn't ICS compliant yet... But it just happenes occassionally when nothing in particular is being used on the phone. I will just notice that the phone is restarting by itself when I leave it alone. It's too much of a pain in the ass to go...

I already have a license, but it would be nice to have another one for a future Android phone, especially since I'm Android for life.

Quite honestly, if Sprint decides to get the Nexus S, I hope that they make it a dual radio (international) phone. I'm overseas, now, and I have a Nexus S for my travels around the world. When I get back to the States, I've decided to dump Sprint for T-Mobile so that I don't have to lug around...
