Hello I have Korean Note 1 and it keeps vibrating and won't boot up! When I insert the battery it won't vibrate but as soon as I press the power button, it vibrates continuously and won't stop. I tried charging it, and it shows the samsung logo and boot logo but then powers off and repeats it...
