    Hi All, I installed KitKat 4.4.2 on my Note II which was already rooted. Not I can not make calls.It says NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK where as it shows the network on signal bars. I have tried all the CODES out there but no use. Cant unlock the network, and cant make calls either. PLEASE HELP...
