Hi. I fund same problem with my nexus4 and nexus5, just enable USB share in settings. Settings>Wireless&Networks>More>Tethering&portable hotspots>USB tethering ON Some reason its need to do every time, when I want to connect with my pc. Maybe some update was wrong with android 5 or 6, or windows10.
