Rooted finally :) does that makes my mobile a bit slow ?

Thanks alot for your help you cant imagine how much i appreciate it , i just have few more questions :D in case i go now without doing ANYTHING to my fastboot and hit the recovery option , will that do anything ? i mean can i check then normally reboot ? and does rooting ( not unlocking )...

I did that just now and i got this message : no recoveries were found for your device . Ok let me ask u please what happen if i go and apply the cwm now ? and which is better cwm or cwm2 or twrp ?

the reason is im on 4.2.2 and till now when i do update check it tells me my sys is up 2 date :/ im in Eastern EU and when i unlocked it i lost the FLash light , Calc and some apps so i thought maybe going 4.4 is good

No i didnt find any SU app . so i think im not rooted , but when i go to fastboot i see Tampered and UNLOCKED is that mean im rooted or just unlocked ?

Is there a good Kitkat 4.4 HTC one international Rom for it ? or is it still buggy ? heard that IR wont work :/ can someone point me if its useful to install it now or i shall wait ? Thanks
