Re: I Think I've Bricked My Nexus 7, Please Help! You have to load drivers from advanced options and unlock the bootloader before flashing, you don't have to root, then reset usb debugging in developer options and then relock the boot loader again.

Try when starting, hold in power button and repeatedly push volume down till you get to the boot loader screen, from there you should be able to load drivers from wugsoft toolkit, advanced settings, driver install button on top, follow the directions and don't skip any steps.
