I FIGURED IT OUT for the SAMSUNG GALAXY S4: Go to trash folder. In lower left portion of your phone in the BLACK SECTION, there is an hidden icon that will not show itself unless you place your finger on it. The icon with then appear as 3 horizontal lines, and you must click on it before it...
