Yes I have, and I have printed both - BUZZTV and IPTV SCRIBE - for a quick reference. However, they are just basic "start-up" instructions, as such they are of no use to solve the problem. I thank you for your reply. Does anybody else have any suggestion on how to proceed?

I am using a Windows 10, 64 bit computer. It is connected to a router by Cat 5/6 cable. I also have a - BUZZTV XRS4500 gizmo - it also is connected by Cat 5/6 cable. Both are on my home network, but are in different rooms of the house. The BUZZTV XRS4500 is connected to a home video unit...
