This is happening as the next phase of my earlier problem with my phone, which was sound glitches while the phone is ringing or when I'm listening to music. Now the phone keeps rebooting continously ( does not get passed the blackberry logo). When it's charging (plugged in), it runs perfectly...

I listened to music using earphones. The sound was smooth. The problem was gone. You think it's the speakers?

I've not tested the headphones on the phone. I'll do it and let you know. The music files are saved on the phone. No SD card. The files are in 320k mp3 format. It rarely happens with lower quality music files or video files ( either saved or streaming). I have used different music player apps...

I rebooted in safe mode. The problem is still there. What I noticed is that it seems to happen with high quality(320) music. It's the same with different music players. I'm really grateful for you helping me out B. Diddy

The safe mode option does not appear on the menu.

Thank you B.Diddy . The sound does not drop out. It's a constant glitch during music and sometimes playback. No wired or bluetooth headphone. I'll try safe mode.
