By the looks of it, unrooting doesn't work, its still changed something and results in error 7. The only option is to either factory reset and try updating again or to plug it into a PC/laptop and flash the update with adb. Both ways you'll lose the data on the phone so backup before!

No worries now guys, thanks if you did take a look though. I just restored Google+ and Google Keyboard and the app's data from my TB backups. Works fine now, no annoying popups thankgod :)
