Same issue here. Just started happening recently. I thought maybe it was a particular app causing it - my hunch so far is Madden. If anyone figures it out, please post a response. I will do the same. I have a stock Galaxy S6 Edge. I think I'm on 5.2, have to double check. No recent OS updates.
