I can't complain because I am on my phone CONSTANTLY. How can you not expect the battery to die, my screen battery usage is like 90% on average.

I think most programs leave those remnants around on the SD card in case you want to fire it back up. Pretty much any of them are safe to delete.

I use PDAnet all the time with my Thunderbolt. Works without any issues. I only have 3G when tethering with it though, so I am not sure if it is capable of keeping up with 4G speeds.

I've seen it happen very rarely on the Thunderbolt and Droid X. It's far from reproduceable short of stuff you can do while rooted. I don't think there's an update in the pipeline to allow this.

Do you use 2 stage authentication on Gmail? If so, you would have to generate an application specific password for it.

You will get a notification via the bar at the top of the phone saying there is an update. It will not update your phone without you telling it to in advance. No worries about that.

My phone has never rebooted since I got it. I run stock and unrooted so no external factors to cause a reboot. If you're stock and getting random reset, it's probably a bad app or your handset is truly broken.

You can not upgrade the video Skype in any way. Just need to wait for it to be officially released. The security issues are not really a big deal unless you indiscriminately install apps from the market put there to take advantage of you.
