Now I feel dumb. I wasn't swiping from far enough over. Thank you for the reply, also Dashlight is working. I guess I was tired last night and couldn't get things going. I should have tried again before posting.

My question is related to this, I have lockscreen widgets enabled but can't for the life of me add a new widget. When locked I can only pick up the widget that is already in place and drag it to edit. If I swipe down on the widget it expands something that I can't see but doesn't let me add...
