YMMV obviously, the point still remains the same. Go ahead and spend your 800 to 1000 any way you want. I am sure your eyes will be able to see the display and picture quality differences when you are staring at a 6 inch display........ Either way, if you feel like you are getting 300+ dollars...

If you are spending more than $550 USD for as "smartphone" than you are wasting money. Sure its your money so I dont really care, but phones like the 1+ 6, and even the POCO phone, will give you 95% of the functionality and performance as the $800 plus phones will. Save your money and buy a year...
